Cancellation Policy
Booking in Advance: We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a fee. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, tap to pay, and checks. You will receive a receipt after your payment is processed. Identification: Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID to your appointment. This is required for notary services and ensures a smooth process. Arrival: If we are meeting at a specific location, please arrive on time. If there are delays, notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply. This helps us manage our time and serve all clients efficiently.
