CAYS Inc. offers professional witness services for wills, property transfers, contracts, and other formal documents. Our team understands the legal requirements and ensures that the witnessing process is handled properly, securely, and with complete discretion. We’re available for on-site and mobile appointments and can also coordinate multiple witnesses if needed. Don’t rely on friends or neighbors—choose a professional witness you can trust.
Cancellation Policy
Booking in Advance: We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a fee. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, tap to pay, and checks. You will receive a receipt after your payment is processed. Identification: Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID to your appointment. This is required for notary services and ensures a smooth process. Arrival: If we are meeting at a specific location, please arrive on time. If there are delays, notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply. This helps us manage our time and serve all clients efficiently.
